Cancellation policy
Cancellation before dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible at info@mainakesport.com with your order number.
- Order not yet prepared/dispatched: 100% free cancellation, with a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
- Order already being prepared (packed): we will try to stop it; if that is not possible, it will be treated as a return after delivery (see Returns Policy, 14 days).
- Order already dispatched: it can no longer be cancelled; once received, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
How to request a cancellation
- Email info@mainakesport.com or use the contact form on mainakesport.com with the subject "Order cancellation [ORDER NO.]".
- Include your order number and the reason (optional).
- We will confirm within a maximum of 24 working hours whether the cancellation was possible.
- If a refund applies, it is processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Cancellation by Mainake Sport
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- Lack of stock not reflected on the website in time.
- An obvious error in the price or product description.
- Suspected payment fraud.
In these cases, we will notify you by email and refund 100% of the amount at no cost to you.
Legal note: this cancellation policy is independent of, and compatible with, your 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal under Spanish/EU law, which applies once you have received the product.
