Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you can request a return.

Return period:
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions:

• The product must be returned unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Where possible, it should include its original packaging.

• Used products cannot be returned.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the case of an error or a manufacturing defect.

How to request a return:
Email us at info@mainakesport.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and the return address.

Refunds:
Once we have received and checked the product, we will let you know by email and refund you using the same payment method you used, within 7 working days.
